Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however In the rare case that you receive a faulty product, please contact us via email hello@mintedmuse.in within 24 hours.
Insert pictures, videos and clear descriptions of the damage and our team will get back to you at the earliest. DO NOT remove the hang tags for a damaged product as then the product would be considered faulty by the customer. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund you upon return.
Yes, we have a return policy against which we offer store credit of the same amount that is valid for 90 days. This store credit is issued once your product reaches us in an acceptable condition. Please note that we do not have a refund policy. In the case of exchange/return, we require the shipping to be borne by the customer. We can deduct this amount from your store credit.
Yes, you can exchange for another size or style. In this case, we must be notified within 5 days of the customer receiving their order. However, the pick-up & new shipping charges have to be borne by the customer. Read more about our – Return and Exchange Policy.
