Return & Exchange Policy
At Minted Muse, we believe in doing things thoughtfully. Our garments are produced in Small Batches as per requirement from time to time. This allows us to reduce overproduction, avoid unnecessary waste, and respect the energy, time, and craftsmanship of our production team. All item(s) go through a stringent quality check during production, followed by another check before dispatching your orders. However, we understand there can be a human error made at our end, and we apologize in advance for the same! We hope you’ll give us the chance to make it right -because your experience matters deeply to us.
- Our policy at Minted Muse does not allow any Refunds.
- We accept only Exchanges & Returns against another product or store credit, in case of a size issue, incorrect product or damaged product.
- We have a return policy against which we offer store credit of the same amount that is valid for 90 days. This store credit is issued once your product reaches us in an acceptable condition and the quality checks are done. In the case of exchange/return, we require the shipping to be borne by the customer. We can deduct this amount from your store credit.
- The company would not be allowing exchanges if the time period exceed 90 days.
- You can exchange for another size or style. In this case, we must be notified within 5 days of the customer receiving their order. However, the pick-up & new shipping charges have to be borne by the customer.
- Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
If you wish to exchange your product, kindly refer to the following steps –
- STEP 1 – Send us an email within 5 days of receiving the package on hello@mintedmuse.in Alternatively, you may Whatsapp us at +91 9910718745Â or DM us on Instagram. If the number of days exceeds then the item will not be accepted for an exchange.
- STEP 2 – The team will revert with an email confirming the exchange along with details.
- STEP 3 – Pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags, along with the completed invoice. The item must be unused and unworn. Send the package to the address stated in the return email. The item(s) must be shipped back to us within 5 days from receiving. The customer will have to bear the return shipping cost and send the product back to our office.
- Any sale or discounted items are not applicable for exchanges or returns.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 days.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size or product you need will be in stock. If it’s not available we will issue a credit note that would be valid for 90 days.
Product Disclaimer
- Colour Variation: Product colours may slightly vary due to lighting effects, photography, and screen resolutions.
- Fabric & Material: Natural variations in fabric texture or minor inconsistencies are not considered defects.
- Size Fit: Kindly check the size guide before purchasing. Fit issues due to personal preference are not covered under defects.
- Shipping Delays: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Unauthorised Returns: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
